District 117 Facilities Rentals

The procedure for requesting facilities is as follows:

1. Completed facilities request form, proof of insurance, and deposit are submitted to one of the people listed below. Click here for the request form.

2. The request is reviewed by the point person and school principal. If it is approved, it is added to the next school board agenda.

3. The request is reviewed by the school board during the next monthly meeting, and the requesting party is notified of the decision.

4. After the event the total cost is calculated and billed, minus the initial deposit.
